A skilled communicator, marketer, digital strategist… Eleanor is also a community developer, a support officer for women’s rights and a big sister to eight.
Working from an early age in hospitality and customer relations, I found my calling in communications and politics. An interesting mix of education and skills, communications, marketing and global affairs are often symbiotic.
Since graduating university I have worked in stakeholder engagement, higher education, national museum sector and for federal government ministerial portfolios.
I’ve worked on multiple national campaigns including; ANU Open Day, the Murray-Darling Basin Plan, Enlighten Festival, Behind the Lines Exhibition, as well as federal and local elections. I’ve managed marketing campaigns for business, government and charities, enriching my skills and knowledge with the capacity to reach and influence large audiences using variable budgets.
I contribute to a few organisations in a volunteer capacity, including; the ACT Australian Institute of Australian Affairs Council, Bohol Children’s Home in the Philippines, ANU Women’s Department and Canberra FASHFEST.
In every area of my employment I work hard to encourage female representation and acknowledgment, cultural inclusion, race and gender diversity.
